EXPERIENCE ON ACETAIA GAMBIGLIANI ZOCCOLI
Phi Hotel Canalgrande is proud to offer a special tasting experience at Acetaia Gambigliani Zoccoli.
The symbolic place of production of ABTM D.O.P., the Gambigliani Zoccoli Acetaia is positioned, as per tradition, in the under roof of the family's historic Manor Villa. This allows us to welcome visitors directly to our home, creating a very familiar and direct welcoming atmosphere, which is immediately perceived by our guests.
Experience
The Gambigliani Zoccoli Vinegar Works offers two different proposals. Both always include an explanation of the family history, the entire production process, and a visit to the vinegar cellar located in the attic of the historic family villa.
BALSAMIC TASTING LUNCH: a classic and traditional experience, it includes a rich tasting substituting for a real lunch.

Price per person: €25 (children: 0-10 years free/11-15 years €15).
TASTING TASTING AND GASTRONOMIC PAIRING: a rich and varied buffet is served with excellent local products. Unlike the more popular and simple tasting on the teaspoon, this tasting includes a curious tasting path that provides the visitor with the right techniques of gastronomic pairing following the two different aging lines of ABTM, of minimum 12 years but also over 25 years for the Extra Vecchio product.
